Beach in front of the property and other nearby tourist attractions such as the fortress of San Fernando de Omoa, Rawacala EcoPark in the Merendon mountain range, aquatic activities, and a short distance restaurant area. Supermarket stocked less than 2 Kms. This property is exclusively for families. The space Description of areas. Maximum capacity allowed is 12 guests in combinations of adults and children or young children. Comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults or 4 families of 4 or less. We consider an adult to be an 18 year old. We assume two adults (couple) per queen bed Level 2 – 3 rooms each with its private bathroom, TV, cable, Netflix, and internet. Rooms #1 and #2 are equipped with a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. These rooms comfortably house 2 adults on the queen bed and two children or teenagers on the sofa bed. Room 3 has one King bed and one full-size futon. This room can comfortably accommodate two adults in the King bed and a kid or teenager in the futon. Level 1 – living/dining area convertible to a studio apartment with two queen beds (Murphy beds) comfortably accommodating 4 adults. Level 1 – Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, gas grill, hot/cold water dispenser, coffee percolator, and cooking utensils. Dining room for 6 people and room with TV, all with air conditioning. Indoor and outdoor sound system with bluetooth connection. Swimming pool with tanning chairs, with tables and chairs with capacity for 14+ people and outdoor lounge and picnic tables. Laundry area with washer and dryer and ramp parking for 3 vehicles (4 vehicles using the ramp to the beach) Outdoor parking for 3 more vehicles. Beach and flood Beach chairs available and picnic tables with a green area in front of the house overlooking the beach The property is maintained with a manager who sleeps in an area totally separate from the house but is available to the beach maintenance and cleaning service and outdoor areas of the house. Permanent service of daily cleaning, cooking and assistance upon additional request. Guest access The house has 3 levels of which the areas enabled for rent is the entire property on levels one and two, beach and social areas. The third level is a private area and is not available to rent. However, no one rents or inhabits the third level while there are guests renting the property. Other things to note The property is a fully equipped beach vacation home and accommodates up 12 people in combination adults and children. This is a family vacation rental and the house is not available for parties or activities that put the property at risk or encourage activities that are not according to good morals and good manners.
