The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car; a fun ride on one of our many provided bikes. The backyard is a tropical oasis with a heated pool, gas grill and large covered pool deck. Smart TVs throughout the house with cable and high speed internet. The house is stocked with beach/pool gear, bikes, baby/toddler gear. Family/pet friendly, and very cozy! The space Our Florida ranch has a floor plan that is perfect for vacation relaxation. The living and dining areas wrap around a central kitchen; full size appliances and everything you need for cooking gourmet meals or enjoying takeout from the many area restaurants. Beautiful formal dining room with seating for eight and services for 12. Comfy sectional large enough for movie watching with the whole crew. Plenty of individual spaces where you can spread out and do separate activities. Three bedrooms with high quality mattresses and high end bedding, each has a smart tv with cable and Netflix. Other things to note The neighborhood clubhouse offers a heated Olympic size pool overlooking the intracoastal, tennis and shuffleboard courts, playground, gym and billiard and game rooms. There is a boat launch and fishing pier where dolphins are frequently spotted. It is a great place to watch the sunset and kids love the giant pool.
