Urban Barn Loft “Tiny” House w/ Pool - Sleeps 5

Stay in our unique Urban Barn Loft for a “tiny house” experience! This space is perfect for families with children, GSU visits, or travelers just passing through. Located 1 mile from GSU and within 0.4 mile walking distance to downtown Statesboro. Around the corner is our favorite lunch spot, The Daily Grind coffee shop. Or spend time enjoying all our backyard has to offer! Above ground pool with water slide available Apr-Sep. The space You will have the entire Barn Loft to yourself. It sits in the back corner of our property on the second story above the laundry room, small gym, and pool bathroom. For those that don't mind climbing a ladder, there is a king memory foam bed in a lofted “tiny” bedroom above the bathroom and kitchen. For those who aren't comfortable climbing a ladder, a twin-over-double bunk bed is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge and all the cooking utensils you need to cook and eat a meal. We have fast speed WiFi and a 65” Roku Smart TV. We want to ensure you have everything you need during your stay so please do not hesitate to ask if you need anything! The Property The Barn Loft is on the second floor therefore all guests must be able to climb stairs in order to get to the loft. You are welcome to use the pool, pavilion, fire pit, basketball court, trampoline, climbing dome, swings, and yard games. We just ask that you not use the screened in porch attached to the main house as this is our private space. Guest access There is one parking space for you to use in our circle drive. All other vehicles can park on the street in front of the house. You will enter through the side gate and follow the pathway passed the house to the barn. For added safety, you will receive a personalized code for a keyless entry into the loft that will work upon check-in and will turn off at check-out. Other things to note We have one security camera in the backyard for safety but we can turn it off upon request. Some baby items are also available upon request. For guests booking more than 5 people, please let us know if you need the extra twin beds set up.
