Due to its strategic location, this space offers easy access to all local attractions. The apartment is about 400 meters from the white sand of the Tropea beaches and a few hundred meters from the old town of Tropea. The space The Donna Imma apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with air conditioning and one with a fan. For your convenience, you will have a large kitchen at your disposal, equipped with everything you need for your vacation, TV, refrigerator and balconies in each room overlooking the city. The bathroom has a bathtub and bidet. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator. There are a few free parking spaces under the house, but a few meters from the house you will have a large municipal parking lot, with free and paid parking spaces. Other things to note What you need to know: – Prices include water, electricity, gas and air conditioning. - In the apartment you will find a kitchen equipped with everything we think you might need for a short vacation; – The linen service (bed and bath) is optional and is not included in the price. If requested on site, it has a cost of €12.50 per person, whenever requested. Consequently, if you bring linen from home, you will not incur any costs. - Upon request, a transfer service to/from the airport and to/from Tropea station is available for a fee; - The accommodation tax is €1.50 per person per night, children under 12 are excluded from the payment of the tax. - Pets are NOT allowed.
