At the very back of the property is 600 feet of private river/creek access. The perfect spot to fish, picnic, and/or let the kids and pups cool off and play! Come and stay! The space Named for the family who lived there from 1935 to 2016, this home was lovingly remodeled and updated in 2020. Quiet comfort of a modernized farm house, with 100 Megabit internet! The home includes 2 living areas one with a gas fireplace and the other with a woodburning fireplace. There are 2 queen bedrooms downstairs each with a nearby full bath. The downstairs also includes a laundry room for your use, a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining room that seats 6-8. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a half bath. One bedroom has four twin beds and the other bedroom has a futon that folds out and can sleep 1-2. The futon bedroom also has a tv! The backyard has a deck, firepit area, 8 chairs in the deck box, corn hole, and many acres leading back to a private section of the Rockfish River where you can picnic, wade, or fish!
