Apartamentos Falcó: Apt. 3C– 3 minutes to the sea!

The apartment number 3C is located on the third floor of a building with 9 family-friendly holiday apartments. It is situated on Calle Falcó in the popular Gotmar district and is connected to Pollença's beachfront promenade via a small street. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find small supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. Just 400 meters away, the sea awaits. The Balearic tourist tax is included in the accommodation price. The space The apartment building has three floors. The ground floor apartments each feature a private terrace, while the apartments on the upper floors each have a balcony. The bright apartments (approx. 45 m²) include: two bedrooms, each with two single beds one bathroom with shower a living/dining area with kitchenette a daybed (80 cm wide) in the living area The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave (no oven, no washing machine). Each apartment also offers Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Maximum occupancy per apartment: 5 persons. A baby cot can be provided on request for children under 2 years. For cyclists, there is a secure bike storage room (key available on request). Guest access Guests have access to the outdoor pool, which is located in the garden belonging to the apartment building. For cyclists, there is a lockable bike garage. An additional key is required and can be requested. Other things to note To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, please note: Self check-in. Please complete the online registration by 14:00 on the day of arrival. There is no reception or night service. For arrivals after 00:00 without prior notice, assistance may only be available from 07:00. 1 key per apartment (loss fee: €100). The tourist tax is included in the price. We partly use solar energy and kindly ask guests to separate waste (recycling). Secure bike storage available – ideal for cyclists. The building has no lift and is not soundproof. No party groups.
