Each has a queen size bed. The Ceramic full bath is adjacent to the Guest Bedroom. A 1/2 bath, with pedestal sink and toilet is adjacent to the laundry room in the lower level. An Xtra long twin air mattress, pump and bedding is available for 4th guest if the 2 queen beds aren't adequate for your party. The eat-in kitchen boasts newer white kitchen cabinets, counter tops and appliances. All flooring on the main level is vinyl/laminate and the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor have hardwood flooring. Guest access The house is located on a quiet tree-lined residential street in a neighborhood that provides easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Actually, they are within walking distance. On-site free parking on the driveway for 2 cars. Parking on the street is also allowed.
