Holiday Isle is the premier resort style complex on Dauphin Island! This newly renovated third floor beachfront has all very nice furnishings and fully stocked for your stay ! Spacious balcony with upgraded patio furniture! Complex amenities include outdoor pool and indoor heated saltwater pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise room, grilling area, covered parking and more! Nearby activities include beach going, fishing, biking, birdwatching, golfing, sightseeing, fresh local seafood ! The space This two bedroom condo is decorated to perfection, with spacious balcony and all new furnishings and decor is just breathtaking ! Decorated to perfection with lots of thoughtful touches ! King bed in master. Queen bed in guest BRM. Awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from throughout the condo ! The place is stocked with everything you will need for your stay, including a beach wagon! Huge, smart TVs in every room and the best internet on the island will make your stay exceptional ! Guest access There should be some parking passes on the side table or in the guest book, but if we are out, reach out to us and we can bring you some. If we are not available to bring them you can obtain up to 2 from the front desk. Just tell them you booked through airbnb and your host is Karin. Please provide the names of your guests. You can add them when you book or message me the names please. You will have full access to the condo and all the amenities Holiday Isle has to offer and the best views on the island ! Other things to note The couch is a sleeper sofa! We have a Keurig coffee pot as well as a coffee pot that takes ground coffee! The complex just resurfaced our tennis/ pickleball courts so you may want to bring your paddles! We only accept monthly bookings during the off season Nov- Feb. Please provide us with the names of your guests sometime before check in. No smoking or pets allowed anywhere on the property except by owners. The jets on the jacuzzi tub are not currently working. You can still enjoy the big tub though. So sorry for the inconvenience! We no longer supply beach umbrellas due to the fact that they keep breaking, but they have some at Dollar General just off the island! There also some souvenir shops right across the street where you can pick up beach equipment or you can rent beach equipment from Chaise n Rays on the island and they will deliver!
