The space A modern take on the traditional A-frame. Very comfortable and cozy with modern decor. Glamping at its finest. A indoor bathroom with a truly unique outdoor feel. A great and spacious outdoor area to cook, grill and have s’mores around the campfire at night. -The outdoor cooking area is now covered. ⭐️No WiFi. We are in the country and encourage guests to disconnect. This tiny home is environmentally friendly and features the Nature’s Head compost toilet. Composting toilets help save water and are great for the environment. Located on FM 1431 about 45 minutes from North Austin and 5 minutes from Marble Falls. The property is conveniently located on 1431 so you might hear some road noise. Marble Falls is a super cute lake community. It has a thriving downtown area with tons of shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. Guest access You have free roam of the property! Collect firewood, explore, grill out, whatever! Be careful while exploring as it is the country.
