Welcome to Windwatch Cottage! A relaxed coastal vibe mixing old world cottage with a modern design touch. This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Sip your morning coffee with a breath-taking sunrise & experience the colorful sound sunset from the warm hot tub! Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk. The space Step inside this freshly renovated home with an open floor plan and gorgeous views! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage has a large expansive deck overlooking the Pamlico Sound. 2 bedrooms located on the main level offer a queen bed and a full bathroom in each. One bathroom offers a shower, while the other offers a bathtub/shower combo. Upstairs, you will find a playful bunk room with 4 twin beds, a pullout twin couch, and a 1/2 bathroom. There is a smart tv in the bunk room as well as one in the living room. Board games and books galore. The deck offers a hot tub, multiple lounge chairs to take it all in, and a picnic table underneath the covered porch. Down the patio steps you will find a heated outdoor shower, owners outdoor closet with 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, beach chairs, beach wagon, toys/games and a cooler. The water is fairly shallow and sandy just off the deck/pier so a good spot for swimming, playing in the water and launching your boards! Perfect spot for kite surfing and windsurfing too.
