Other things to note We have just added a 3' built-in gate to fully enclose the deck for the dogs to roam outside safely. Please note we have mini-split units for heat and a/c in the main space, upstairs in the loft and in the lower level bedroom. The two main-floor bedrooms have fans, windows and one has a sliding door wall.
