It has a double bedroom with a queen box bed with a 50" TV, a bathroom with a pressurized shower, a living room and a full kitchen with a 50" TV, all utensils, premium appliances, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, a clothesline, a tank and an iron. In addition, we provide all the necessary linens for your stay! We're going to surprise you positively! The space The space was designed with comfort and practicality in mind, so we make the entire apartment available for the guest's stay, from dishes to an extra mattress if necessary. Our utensils are top-notch. We're sure you won't regret it! The property is located on a dead-end street, extremely quiet and safe, with 24-hour monitoring of the building's outdoor area. We have 11 cameras externally for total security, 24-hour monitoring. Guest access The guest has access to the common areas, garage upon request and availability, and an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry area and private balcony. We love pets and they are welcome in our apartments! (Pet owners must pay attention to the rules and fees).
