Entire space, located in the Saguaçu neighborhood, one of the most upscale neighborhoods in the city, with a quiet and reliable neighborhood. Complete and furnished house, with Air Conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix, study and home office corner, kitchen with utensils and pan, refrigerator, microwave, dining table, sofa bed, basic hygiene kit, among many other details! *Close to Downtown* The space The accommodation is located on a large plot of land and resembles an inn with other houses rented by Airbnb as well. None of the rooms are shared and are entirely exclusive to the guest! The bedroom includes a double bed, a sofa bed and a smart TV. The room is a little small where we have the desk. The kitchen contains: Agratto Electric 2-Burner Stove, microwave, electric kettle, sandwich maker, 4-seat table and a refrigerator. Bathroom has a box, toilet and toilet. Guest access The guest will have access to a bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed, a small living room, a kitchen and bathroom. Other things to note The host lives on the same property as the accommodation, making it easier to solve problems if they arise.
