Our beautiful remodeled unit is an oceanfront condo with a 300 square foot covered balcony located on the 7th floor. A perfect spot to enjoy a favorite beverage, gorgeous ocean view, and wonderful sea breezes. You'll find our place sanitized, updated, comfortable and secure. It will be your home away from home! Terrific walkable restaurants! High speed fiber optic internet! The space Sunsets, Seashells and Smiles! We are so excited to welcome you to our lovely home at the Sonoran Sea Resort, West 704. Located directly next to our other property, Sonoran Sea Resort, West 703 on Sandy Beach. (airbnb.com/h/ss703w) If you desire to vacation with a group over 4 to 8 people, consider renting both condos! Relaxation and fun await you in Rocky Point/Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Enjoy many Sea of Cortez activities like sunset cruising, banana boating, off-road vehicle rentals, jet-skiing, shrimp-eating, paddle-boarding, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, or kayaking. You may even see dolphins year round or whales from our spectacular balcony from mid-January thru March! The Sea of Cortez offers an ideal temperature for whales to give birth to their calves. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 7th floor privately owned condominium has a great, large floor plan which has just been updated. Comfortable main living room with an attached covered balcony and cool fans in every room. This unit has a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer as well. For those of you who are able to work from home, our internet connection is top notch! At the end of the day, sink into one of two comfy King sized beds and listen to the waves or enjoy one of your favorite Netflix shows! (Please note that I "open" my calendar 3 months in advance, if you are interested in future dates, please feel free to contact me via Airbnb message.) Our pristine kitchen is fully equipped with new modern stainless appliances, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Whether you love to cook in or go out, you are in the right place. Fresh and clean bathrooms, two walk in showers, bed and kitchen linens are provided. We have two flat screen televisions (50+ inches) in each of the bedrooms. There is a 65 inch smart TV for the living room equipped with a soundbar. Play your favorite music on the soundbar from your personal device. Each TV is a smart TV. Don't forget to bring your user names and passwords for Netflix and other apps! You'll find our place clean, sanitized, attractive and comfortable! The Sonoran Sea is walking distance to several great eateries which is an added plus. Several of them offer live music, all of them have a full service bar! There is one on-site restaurant, Ramon's (who will deliver tasty food to your room.) Garufa-a steakhouse, Roger Clyne's Banditos, The Sonoran Grill and Borracho Tequila and others are a two minute walk away-no need to drive to any of these restaurants. Just outside the security stand, there are several mini stores, take away restaurants and Plaza Fabiola, a quaint boutique that offers customers clothes, jewelry, art and more. All of these little shops can be explored at the new "Majestic Marketplace," just outside of our resort property. The Sonoran Sea on-site convenience store offers fresh espresso drinks, snacks, beer, soda, wine, toiletries and anything you may have forgotten. The pools are large and inviting, the swim up bar may just become your favorite places to enjoy two Happy Hours and delicious poolside food. The newly resurfaced/refreshed swim up bar is heated in the winter months. The Aqua Bar will be open 10-6 for food and drinks based on the occupancy of the resort. The three sparkling blue pools and two hot tubs are the center of attention at the Sonoran Sea. Enjoy the sea breeze with lots of chaise lounges to sunbathe, and palapas on the sand for your enjoyment. The Sonoran Sea Resort is staffed with 24-hour on-site security. Reserve your piece of paradise today! Workout in our fully equipped Fitness Center, tennis/pickleball courts while visiting. Try golfing at several nearby renowned golf courses. Come to our place and refresh and enjoy life again! Please note: According to HOA policy, you must be 25 years old or older to book this unit. Pets are not permitted, US and Mexico laws are not the same regarding service pets. *$15 cash one time per condo per stay resort fee due at check-in not included in AirB&B fees. Resort wristbands must be worn at all times. Guest access As our guest, you will have complete access to our beautiful condo and all of the resort's amenities. Other things to note Bottled water and beach towels are not provided during your stay. Please feel free to bring or purchase in town. Keurig pods are not easily found in RP, if you prefer the Keurig style coffee, please bring your favorite pods. If not, we have an alternate drip coffee maker located under the sink. Your well being and health are super important to us. We "triple sheet" our beds-a method used in higher end hotels that provide a sanitary, clean, and crisp sleeping bed. You will not find triple sheeting used in many accommodations in Rocky Point. Being a private owner, we know exactly who is cleaning our beautiful home. We do not leave it to "chance" who is cleaning and sanitizing. We chose our crew for their attention to detail, cleanliness and professionalism. (Our place looks and smells so fresh every time we enter!) If anything at all needs attention, we are a phone call away (use our land line in the condo) and we have a fabulous team of local folks available to help out with any issue.
