Dog friendly, newly renovated home. Small 2 bedroom home, with large living area. Perfectly placed between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. The house has a private back yard, fully fenced in with a screened in gazebo, lawn furniture, and fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill. A washer and dryer located in the basement. If you would like to bring your dog, we do have a $75 dog fee. This can be paid through another app or cash left at the house. The couch pulls out into a queen bed. Additional bedding and extra mattress pad can be provided for a $50 fee. we have 2 other properties both 2 bedroom located right next door, if you are traveling with other families. We offer Pontoon, E-bike, and Kayak rentals for all guest at a discounted rate.
