In the fenced back yard you'll find friendly chickens, a swing set and trampoline, as well as hammocks to relax in, and a fire pit that you can use to roast marshmallows. We even provide fresh eggs for our guests. Our location is amazing, minutes from American Fork Canyon, not far from an outlet mall, entertainment, and dining options, while still being tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The kitchen includes fridge, oven with stovetop, microwave, sink, knives, cutting board, toaster, coffee maker, any kind of cookware or dishware you will need, eliminating the need to bring or buy your own. There's even a high chair if you need it. The home is equipped with two queen beds with brand new mattresses and pillows, comfy couches, 1 queen sofa sleeper, 1 full futon, a pack n play and sleeping pads provided for extra guests. In the family room there is a 65 inch Smart TV, High-speed Comcast WiFi. We have radiant floor heating to keep the place nice and warm, as well as lots of cozy blankets if you want to snuggle. This is a downstairs guest suite so you will hear some noise from upstairs guests, which is why our quiet hours are from 11 pm - 7 am. Guests should be able to navigate one flight of stairs. Parking is allowed on the left side of the home's driveway. Keyless entry, you'll receive a door code to let you in. We are available as needed. We will respect your privacy and yet still be available for any questions you may have, or if there is anything you may need. Our house is in a cul-de-sac with large lots, upscale houses, and mature trees. Many neighbors have chickens, and there are some goats just around the corner if you like to take walks. There is a grocery store and a gas station just a mile away, and you can find food at Blue Lemon, Little Ceasar's, Wendy's, Pizza Pie Cafe and Meiers Meats within 1 1/2 miles. Walmart is also just down the road less than 2 miles if you need anything there. When you stay with us, you'll be welcomed as family and we will do our best to make sure you have everything you need to be very comfortable. Our basement apartment has its own entrance and you will have all of the privacy you desire. We live in a quiet neighborhood nestled against the mountains where the air is fresh and the views are beautiful. We live in the main home upstairs, so we can be as present or invisible as you would like. The private entrance is around the back to the left. There is a dishwasher, but no washing machine or dryer for clothing and other laundry, but there is a laundromat not too far away
