The space This apartment is very complete, being a studio with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It has a very comfortable bed facing the Smart TV, to watch your favorite shows in the best way. It has efficient air conditioning, a table with a comfortable chair for working, as well as a full kitchen with all the basic utensils, an electric stove (with sugar) and a microwave for preparing food, and a minibar. Very inviting private balcony! Guest access This condominium is really different. It has an amazing pool with chairs for sunbathing, a meeting room and a very nice TV room. The building also has a game room with a pool table, a laundry room that works by removing tokens, and a great gym. The location is also excellent, next to a supermarket. *Use of the gym must be booked in advance, allowing only one apartment per time slot. Reservations can be made directly at the front desk or through the intercom, according to availability. In some cases, there are residents who do not mind sharing the time, but this depends on the preference of each resident. Other things to note We offer clean bed and bath linens at check-in. Essential items (such as soap, toilet paper and detergent) are provided as a "kit" only for the day of arrival. The apartment has fast wifi! *Smart TV with platforms such as YouTube. It does not have open TV. For monthly guests (reservations of approximately 1 month or more), it is important to note that condominium, internet and property tax expenses are included in the stay. Electricity is included up to the amount of R$ 200, and water up to R$ 100, with the guest being responsible for paying the excess amount proportional to the days of occupancy, if there is a surplus.
