Ross's Retreat is Located on Northwest River branch of the ICW and offers two unique Lodging Options. The Executive Yacht Suite is our newest studio suite (May 2021) on the ground floor of the main house and has has great river views from the room The space The Yacht Suite has Water Views from every window, with an on suite bath and a custom tile shower and Kitchenette. This private Suite has a King Bed Small Refrigerator, 43in smart TV with Cable, and Wifi . The bed and pillows are encased in allergen protective covers and are cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Guest access The Owner will meet the Guests at the Residence. Guests will be provided a tour of facility and door access codes for 24 hour access. Guests also have Access to Pool Area, (2) Guest Hot Tubs, home gym, 2nd floor decks and screen porch which has a TV and Fire Pit for relaxing in the outdoor living area. All Common Areas closed at Midnight due to noise impact to other guests Other things to note Property is registered on the Hotel -Motel National Master List for Compliance to the U.S Fire Administration Guidelines. Occasional Jet noise as this is a military town and this portion of the ICW is in the training quadrant for touch and go maneuvers between navy landing strips.
