Canal Condo*Fishing Pier*Indoor/Outdoor Pools

Condo has tile floors, granite counter tops, and black and stainless appliances. The condominium complex offers several amenities, including two pools, one outdoor and one heated indoor, fitness center, library, water access for fishing with a cleaning station, boating . Within close walking proximity to restaurants, island shops and Packery Channel. So, if you like to shop, swim, surf or fish, then this condo is right for you. Please make sure to read through all of the additional info. The space This condo is not wheelchair accessible, as it has multiple levels of stairs. We do not have a boat slip to park boats at (even though you will see them, we are on the wait list to purchase one but do not have one at this time). Also, we do not provide a place to park your boat trailer and/or boat. Plans will need to be made to handle a boat/boat trailer before arrival. This condo also has an enclosed balcony on the second floor, that you can enjoy while having a morning coffee or evening beverage. View the outdoor pool from the widow in the Kitchen. This is an Airbnb so we provide a couple days of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, etc. Should you run out you will need to provide your own as we only supply a couples days worth. Guest access There is an elevator but you will have to be able to do stairs as it is three stories. When you go to the pool you must have a one the wrist bracelets on. They are located in the living room top right side drawer of the island. $15 for a replacement if not there when you leave (we provide 6) Other things to note The third bedroom (closest to the enclosed balcony) does not have an air duct and the fan that is built into the wall has not worked since we bought the condo. We do provide 3 fans for the back room and we sleep comfortably in this room when we come down. All bedrooms are upstairs. You will have to walk through the first bedroom to get to the second bedroom and walk through first and second bedroom to get to the third bedroom. The first bedroom has an accordion door at the stairs and and solid that can be closed off on the other side. The second and third bedrooms are adjoined and do not have a door that can be closed to separate them. They have an open walk way that connects them. The bathroom upstairs is between the first bedroom and the second bedroom. The side that is connected to the first bedroom has solid door and the side connects to the second bedroom has an accordion door that closes using a magnet. The bathroom down stairs has a full bath and stands alone off to the kitchen. Our condo has Wifi. Our condo is SMOKE FREE. However, we have had some guest say there is a smoke smell in our condo. Due to all the condos being in one enclosed building, if someone in another condo smokes in their condo it may lead to having a hint of smoke in our condo.
