Serene Getaway in Lower Sackville

Hello there, thank you for checking out our listing! Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Situated in the beautiful neighbourhood of Lower Sackville. It is just 25 mins away from Downtown Halifax, Halifax Stanfield Airport and 4 mins away from major grocery stores and coffee shops. There is a quiet family of three living in the downstairs unit. We appreciate your understanding and consideration during your stay. The space We have professionally designed this place that has all the comforts of "home". Everything from the flooring, to the kitchen, bathrooms, furniture were carefully designed/sourced with our guests in mind. There are a total of 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each of them, with memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows. Enjoy the kitchen with 5 appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge), in unit laundry and a bathroom! With such a spacious kitchen you can easily cook meals for 6 people, just like you would at home and entertain your friends and family in the living room. There is a 65 inch Smart TV which has every app from Netflix, Amazon Prime to Disney+ We have a pantry too, isn't it amazing Lastly, we have a nice patio with a barbeque where you can enjoy the food with your loved ones. It's a 3 minute walk to Sobey's Grocery Store, Tim Hortons, NSLC and Staples. Early check in is available (based on availability) at $30 per half hour before the check in timings. Guest access 1 driveway parking spots on the left side of the driveway and one street parking right in front of the house. Help yourself to anything in the house & kitchen. It is all there left for you. Laundry is on the same floor. Other things to note Please be aware that there are people living in the basement apartment and noise can travel easily to the apartment below.
