The space The house features 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 bedroom with a king bed, and 1 sofa bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). The hallway bathroom has been completely renovated (12/21). The living room offers plenty of seating with a 50" flat screen tv to enjoy streaming your favorite tv shows using free Xfinity Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a sunroom that offers beautiful views of the Stono River. If you take a step further, you can also enjoy the patio area for beautiful views and sunsets while grilling or sitting around a fire pit. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage and locked closet in the hallway. Other things to note: Must be 25years of age to book and must stay for the full period booked. Pets (dogs only) allowed with a pet fee of $150 each. Maximum of 2.
