As this is a large home on a quiet residential street, we're currently unable to accept bookings from guests with no reviews yet — once you have a stay or two behind you, we'd be glad to host you. - Reservations where the booking guest's overall rating is 4.6 or below include a $500 refundable security hold, arranged by secure link after booking and released within 7 days of checkout, provided there's no damage or rule violation.
