Violations may result in fines.     2.    No pets 🐶🐱, including service animals (due to homeowner’s severe allergies)     3.    No smoking anywhere on the property, including in front of the home, on the street, or near neighboring homes     4.    Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (decibel monitors in use; no audio recording)     5.    No parties or events 🎉 Decorations: No wall hangings or decor without prior approval.
