If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply, up to a limit of €80. We provide a welcome kit with basic hygiene items for the first day as a courtesy (sample-sized shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and a trash bag).
