The space Master Bedroom (Upstairs): King Bed | Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen Bed Guest access After the Rental Agreement is e-signed and the $250.00 security hold is scheduled, access instructions along with house rules will be emailed to the guest within three (3) days before arrival. Other things to note **NOTICE** Upstairs Sun Deck amenity off the Master Bedroom will be unavailable for guest use due to walk-on surface curing. Downstairs sun atrium outdoor space pictured will be available for guest use and as advertised. Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process. Parking: One (1) Single-Car Attached Garage Space (Dedicated), Common Shared Parking (First Come, First Served), Street Parking (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests. Due to first come, first served nature of shared parking spots, expect limited shared parking availability during peak event periods in town. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.
