Cozy country house with beautiful rustic decor. The city is calm and safe. It has markets, pharmacies and restaurants 5 minutes from the house. We are located 10 minutes from the Italian pizzeria Borgo del Vino, 20 minutes from Celeiro Monte Alto and 24 minutes from Vale dos Desejos. In addition, it is located 15 minutes from the heart of Itaipava. Our fireplace is ready to warm you up on cold days. We provide bed linens, bath towels and all necessary kitchen utensils. The space Our house has a large living room, TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and air-conditioning in 2 of them. There are 5 bedrooms (2 en-suites), 4 queen beds and one double bed. A social bathroom and a toilet. Our leisure area has a complete barbecue with a rotating motor, a refrigerator and freezer, a large table for the whole family, an igloo oven, an oven and a wood-burning stove for lovers of cooking, a foosball table and a grassy field for good fun.
