So please make sure this is the right type of property for your group. This condo is located on the second floor. (You will climb the stairs to reach the unit). The condo itself has two floors. The master bedroom and one bathroom are on the first floor, and the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. PLEASE NOTE: THE THIRD BEDROOM IS A BUNK BED BEDROOM AND ONLY SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN. OTHERWISE, IF THERE ARE SIX ADULTS, TWO WILL SLEEP ON THE SLEEPER SOFA IN THE LIVING ROOM. There is a Pack n Play available, a High Chair, Wi-Fi, (3) Smart Televisions, a washer & dryer in the condo, Table, and Chairs for the Patio, Beach Chairs, Boogie Board, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels, and Hair Dryers.
