You will have the property to yourselves. https://www.airbnb.com/h/mapleridgetreehouse The space Private, peaceful, and newly remodeled lake home situated perfectly to enjoy sweeping views of Center Hill Lake. At the end of the day the outside deck has plenty of dining & lounging areas ideal for relaxing, enjoying the fire, hot tub & catching a beautiful sunset. ***Beach towels NOT provided. Please bring your own if planning to go to lake or using hot tub. Want to launch your boat, we have 2 options for you. 1) Cookeville Boat Dock (Marina) is 8.8 miles from Lake House which also provides a Restaurant called The Light House. Check hours as they vary. You can also rent Pontoons and House Boats. 2) The "put in" is a 7 min walk from Lake House when you take a right out of the driveway where you can launch your boat, kayak, paddle board, swim or fish. (no dock provided) PLEASE NO pets NO Parties Only Booked Guests allowed on property. Guest access GRAVEL DRIVEWAY: is steep but manageable. If you have ALL WHEEL DRIVE or 4x4 you can park at the top. Two spaces provided. If you have FRONT WHEEL DRIVE best to park at the bottom in front of the house. Stair provide to bring your thing to front door. TIP: when driving to the too swing left as you come up to make the turn to park by front entrance. Other things to note The Lake House is 15- 20 minutes from Cookeville for your grocery needs and from I40 and approx 74 miles to the Nashville Airport. There is a beautiful tree-lined & narrow road leading to the house that is paved however weathered. The beginning of the narrow road will have a dead-end sign posted, continue for approximately 1 mile and house is up on the right. You will also see mail box with house number on it.
