Plenty of room inside and lots of outdoor gathering space for 3 families. We have fiber optic WiFi so connecting keeps kids happy! There is a fire pit, a covered slip for your boat, kayaks, a picnic table and chairs to relax in, and plenty of space to sit in the sun on the dock. Trailer parking and boat drop-in are easy. Come relax and enjoy! The space Upper level had two king bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet, and one full bath shared. Main level has primary king bedroom, walk in closet, private full bath and sliding doors to deck with seating. Full kitchen and dining room, living room, laundry, large pantry, half bath, and sliders to large outdoor deck. Lower level has a living room with TV, two bedrooms, full bath and sliders to an outdoor deck with plenty of conversation area. We are 1/2 mile to Chapman Hill Winery, Deerside Market and Deerfield Golf Course. Thirty minutes to Wal-mart and Food City. Guest access Guests are NOT ALLOWED access to owners boat, and any locked cabinets/doors, which includes owners garage. Guests do have access to the upper garage. Other things to note Saturday to Saturday only for June and July. We have trailer parking in the neighborhood, and two drop-in locations within minutes of the house. We do our best to make sure all amenities are available at all times, but sometimes circumstances between renters require the removal of an amenity if it is broken or damaged.
