This property overlooks both the mouth of the Edisto River and the Atlantic Ocean and comes fully appointed. There is abundant wildlife to see, including deer on the dunes and our famous beach-feeding dolphins! Bring your bike, kayak, or paddleboard-- or rent them-- the island is full of adventures for you and your family! PLEASE READ IN FULL: This unit is on the first floor. Prior approval for Fido is required. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR PETS. **No golf carts allowed on site. Club Amenity access is included in this price. Many hosts require guests to purchase this separately through The CLUB (up to an additional $50 per day/$300 weekly fee). An Amenity App is required to gain access to the Club at Seabrook. The Club has two championship golf courses, the Equestrian Center, the oceanfront pool complex, the racquet club, and all dining options inside the security gate. Club amenity access does not include the 'Lakehouse' gym or indoor pool. Guests purchase these amenities from the POA and cannot purchase them from the host; this applies to all properties. The host can not purchase them for you. Only one car per bedroom, via new 2025 Town of Seabrook rules. This applies to all rentals throughout Seabrook.
