The living room has 2 sofas, large Smart HDTV (Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc), Wi-Fi and hardwood floors. The dining room table sits 4, has two reading chairs and has an Echo Dot (Alexa). The utility room offers a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. There is a half bath off the master bedroom and a full remodeled 2022 bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower that is ideal for hot days and after fun at the beach. Saturday morning farmers market and a French bakery is just a stone's throw away. You will have access to the entire house inside and out, to come and go as you please. The shed in the side yard is locked and for storage of owner's maintenance supplies. We are always available by phone. Although we are not always nearby, we have someone who can be available if necessary. Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. When checking out, please take out all trash and recycling, turn out lights and lock the door before you leave.
