Traveling a few dozen kilometers, you can visit the enchanting villages of Daunia (also called the Dauno sub-Apennines), where the most beautiful Romanesque cathedrals of this strip of Puglia (the Province of Foggia) stand out. Troia, Ascoli Satriano, Bovino, Rocchetta Sant'Antonio, Orsara di Puglia, Sant'Agata di Puglia, Deliceto, Bovino, Faeto, Celle San Vito, and Monteleone di Puglia are a must for those who love slow tourism and good food, visits to museums and archaeological parks, excursions and walks in the woods or pine forests.
