As if you were on a boat, let yourself be lulled by the warm atmosphere of this cozy nest with a balcony and views of the pool. 🛏 The alcove with a queen-size bed (with linen curtains creating a canopy effect) invites you to rest, while the small cabin bedroom will delight the children. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, large screen TV, Netflix and fiber Wi-Fi: everything is designed for your comfort. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (babies included). 🌿 Outside, enjoy a dining area in the garden and a private terrace by the pool with deckchairs and parasols. Free baby equipment on request, beach games and bocce balls available. 🔥 Barbecue for your summer evenings, and for eco-conscious travelers, a 32A electric charging station is available on-site (optional) 🔌. ✨ New: Treat yourself to a wellness break in our new relaxation area with an infrared sauna, jacuzzi, herbal tea room, and massages (by reservation and with an extra charge - rates on request), reserved for adults and those over 16 years old. A stay to reconnect with the essentials. Guest access 🔑 Access & Shared Spaces The apartment has its totally independent entrance, for a stay in complete privacy and autonomy. We will be happy to welcome you upon arrival, but if we are not present or if you prefer self-check-in, access codes can be provided to you in advance. 🌳 You will enjoy the large wooded garden and heated salt pool (shared only with the owners and hosts of a small studio for 2 people). A peaceful and uncrowded space, perfect for relaxing with peace of mind. 🔥 The barbecue as well as the access to the washing machine are shared with the hosts of the second listing. 🚗 A private parking space is reserved for you in the property, right next to your listing, for optimal comfort as soon as you arrive. Other things to note 🏊‍♀️ Heated salt pool: The pool is shared between the two properties on the property and the owners. Each home has its own private poolside space (terrace, sunbeds and umbrellas) separated from the other spaces by a vegetation screen for the utmost privacy! The pool is heated from May 1 to September 30, or even beyond if the weather permits. It's a place to relax and rest. In order to preserve the tranquility of the premises: -balls are not allowed in the pool, they can be used in the garden area provided for this purpose, with soccer cages⚽, - it is requested not to run, not jump or dive, and to avoid any noisy behavior around the pool. ✨ New – Wellness Area & SPA A relaxation area reserved for adults and teenagers over 16 years of age is now available as an optional private space (access by prior reservation only and for an additional fee, subject to availability): Hot tub, Infrared sauna, Tisanerie with relaxation area, And possibility of massages on site. Prices range from €35 to €90 for 2 people, depending on the package and duration chosen (sauna only, whirlpool bath only, or full access).
