This newly renovated home is very close to Lakehead University, Regional Hospital, Thunder Bay Community Auditorium, downtown and there is a playground right across the street. This home has a private front entrance with keyless entry and a private driveway. We have WIFI, Disney+ and DAZN (sports streaming site). If you require a pack n’ play, please advise before arrival to make sure we can accommodate the request. Guest access You will have complete access to main floor of home, the front entrance and driveway are for your use only. The laundry facilities in the basement are shared with the downstairs tenant Other things to note -Please note this an entire apartment inside a house, containing 2 separate apartments. This unit is the entire main floor, there is a separate unit in the basement -No smoking or pets inside unit -Please no outside shoes on in the apartment -Apartment is stocked with a starting amount of supplies, for extended stays, guests will need to purchase their own supplies above what is originally provided (ie. toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, etc) -Security cameras are present outside to monitor the yard and driveway
