Located in Duck, with close proximity to the sound and the sea, this well appointed classic beach home is close to all of Duck's amenities.... most of all the beautiful beaches! If you ever tire of the surf and the sand, have a soak in the hot tub or take a dip in the pool (from April 19th). During the high season we offer a Friday check-in to avoid traffic. The space The open kitchen and living area are ideal for family gatherings. Or, spread out on the brand new wrap around deck. There is a picnic table on the deck to allow for outdoor dining and several chairs for lounging with a good book. On the ground level there is an outdoor shower to rinse off the day. With one-level living, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with each set of bedrooms sharing a jack-n-jill bathroom. While the cottage easily sleeps 8, it is ideally suited to two small families (4 adults and 4 children). There is just over 1,000 square feet of living space, so it may be a bit 'close' for 8 adults. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are not provided by the host and are the responsibility of the guest. If needed, a linen service can be booked by the guest to provide linens and towels at an additional charge. Guest access When you stay at Dreamcatcher you will have access to the entire home, pool*, hot tub* and laundry facilities. There is one owner’s closet that is not accessible and will be locked. During the high season (from May 29, 2025 to September 4, 2026), we rent from Friday to Friday, so you’ll avoid some of the traffic during other high volume times. There is a 7 night minimum during the high season and a 3 night minimum during the off season, with no restriction on check-in day. *the pool will be closed from November to March, but the hot tub will remain open year round. Other things to note **Pool will be open from April 24th to October 16th, 2026** **Hot tub is open and available year round** **Other info: The pack-n-play and high chair can be found in the closet in the twin bedroom. The vacuum, broom, drying rack, iron and ironing board can be found in the closet in one of the queen bedrooms. Tools for the grill can be found in the bottom drawer in the kitchen or hanging in the utility room on the ground level. Also in the utility room, there is a sunshade that can be used on the beach or by the pool. General cleaning products can be found underneath the kitchen sink.
