Unique newly finished private accommodations located on a 50+ acre hobby farm. Spend an afternoon meeting the chickens and cows that make their home here on the farm. *****NOTE: the bathroom is a short walk across the driveway in our home and is shared. Guest space has an attached garage.***** The space The guestroom is private, quiet, comfortable, and unique. Newly finished in a modern rustic style, you will find a place to rest and relax in with a sleeping options to accommodate up to 4 guests. Table with seating for three and a desk provide plenty of space to relax and enjoy a meal. Enjoy the sunset on our guest outdoor patio. Garage space is available to park in if needed. After dark look for some great views of the stars. At times the Northern Lights put on amazing shows in the sky. We do have a pet cat who lives on the farm and is often in the main house, but is not allowed in the private guest area. Walking around the farm or on our hiking trails you will see some amazing views of the fields, animals, and several gardens. There are many species of wild animals that can be seen such as deer and many species of birds who also like to share our farm and are often seen. Guest access Guests have access to the shared 1/2 bathroom on the main level and a shared full bathroom with tub and shower on the lower level of the main house. Both are located just A SHORT WALK across the lit driveway. Shared bathrooms and Full kitchen space are available until 11pm. During your stay On site interaction is available most of the time, phone, or email. Other things to note The fully finished guest space is located in the detached garage across from the main house. There is no running water in that space. Drinking water will be provided. We will accommodate needs for kitchen use in our kitchen if needed. Shared use of our bathrooms are allowed until 11pm. (A short walk across the driveway.) This is a working farm. There could be chainsaw noise, tractor noise, or other tool noises heard during daytime hours. The chickens and cows may make animal noises as well. There is shared parking space in the yard, but garage space is available if needed for boats, classic car, motorcycle parking, etc.
