This house will allowed your family to enjoy each other, with a little bit of privacy when kids are back in their own rooms. Wrap around deck, most rooms have access to outside deck. You will need a 4WDRIVE during snow season. No central ac, but comfortable, surrounded with trees, we have ceiling fan, pet fee is $150, Guest access Hot tub, laundry, full kitchen, driveway, deck, Other things to note Some amenities are seasonal and weather permitting ( grill, deck, hot tub) . Guests are expected to showel the entrance way during winter stay. Do not rearrange the furniture. Guests expected to shovel access to the hot tub. Guest to allowed Maintenance work as needed.
