(Garage & cleaning supply closet restricted) My interaction with the guests is minimal, but I'm always available via Airbnb chat, phone, or text for any questions or issues. The neighborhood is quiet and gorgeous! You are directly on a canal of water, one of many that run through Apollo Beach. Perfect relaxation destination. Apollo Beach is also home to a recreation center open to the public, with parks, a golf course, and more. The nearest beach, the Apollo Beach Preserve, is 5 minutes away by car. The neighborhood is perfect for long walks with sunset views on the water. You will need to drive to most shopping locations (5-10 min) and attractions. As per Hillsborough county ordinance, there is a minimum of seven days that must be booked per stay. We have a pool service guy who comes to the property once a week and does maintenance. He does not step foot inside the property, only works outside. We have an integrated filtration system to ensure the sanitation of the water. Therefore jacuzzi is operated by the homeowner or manager remotely; please let us know in advance when you would like the jacuzzi turned on and we will be glad to accommodate. We can also accommodate on-demand and it will take 30-40 min to heat. For an extra $150/week we can heat the pool and keep it heated for you. Please let us know at the time of booking if you'd like the pool heated so we can have it ready for you. We do not profit from this charge, it’s merely in place to cover the energy costs. Laundry/Dryer are in the house and coin-operated. We have security cameras on the property to monitor activity, for our protection and for yours. All security cameras are outdoors only.
