Our resort has five buildings on seven acres, so chances are your room will not be right by the lake, or have a lake view. On one side of our property is Lake Tahoe. On the entry side, we sit right off the main highway, so there are many businesses, including restaurant and shopping options right across the street. Please be ready to show them your valid legal ID that matches the name on your reservation, and valid credit card for security. A refundable $100 Security Deposit will be taken at check-in, (major credit card only-no cash). Early check-in before 4 PM is never guaranteed, even if you place an earlier arrival time on your reservation. Since we are the resort, the photos listed are of our some of our rooms, but do not guarantee the room or view you will receive. Please know, there are no cribs or extra bed options available. RENOVATIONS: We are updating one of our buildings starting January 19, 2026, with work taking place during business hours Monday through Saturday. We predict construction will be completed on or before June 30, 2026. In addition, a water line mapping project will be taking place throughout the property. It is due to begin Monday April 27, and last for 5-7 days.
