Plenty of room on first floor for blow up queen bed for extra guests. Space is large and comfortable with glass patio door to patio area. Pets OK with Approval Only. Guest access Private entrance. Carriage house is separate from main house. CH guest can park in carport or behind barn for over flow cars. Nothing shared with main house except driveway. Other things to note Stairs maybe dangerous for children or elderly. One large bathroom upstairs. 2nd bedroom may allow sound between master bedroom and Queen room to be heard....
