Description
In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being. The space The hotel looks like a large 3-storey villa and is located in a quiet residential area. On the ground floor and upstairs there are mainly rooms for 1 person. However, all have kitchens with functions like a real home kitchen - although not as large. There is a stove, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and equipment for cooking and serving food. There is a bed, an armchair and a combined work area/dining area. In addition to the room, all guests have access to the lounge, where you can go if you want to change the environment, meet others and, for example, watch a match together. On the top floor we have rooms with a loft suitable for 1-4 people. All rooms have skylights that let the sky into the room. Common to all rooms is that they have TV with Chromecast, wi-fi and broadband, dishwasher, shared laundry, lounge and patio in the garden. Parking is available for a fee. Charging posts are available for a total of 12 electric cars at the same time. Guest access As a guest, you have free access to the common lounge, garden and laundry room. There is also parking available on request for a fee. Other things to note * You check in yourself. The key will be in a key cabinet. * We have an office that is normally open Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00, but not always staffed. * We do not accept cash and all accommodation is periodically paid in advance. * We have a phone number you can call during office hours and one that you as a guest can use for urgent questions when the office is closed. * Cleaning once/week means: We change bed linen and towels, clean the bathroom, refill toilet paper, vacuum and dust free surfaces once a week. As a guest, you maintain and take care of, for example, burnt pans, oven and stove, empty rubbish, wipe up if you have spilled something, i.e. respect for property so that it is not destroyed. Just like your home. Extra cleaning can be ordered for a fee. You can also ask to borrow cleaning equipment. As a guest, you must also let us know if something is wrong, broken or about to break so we can fix it.
