Timber Cove is our little piece of heaven on earth. Lake front property at the end of a secluded cove in the coveted Big Creek area of Norris Lake. 15 mile drive from I-75. We can accommodate 12 guests. (Now with Starlink!) Plenty of parking for trailers and at least 4 cars. Includes use of our dock (28'ft x 10'ft) *NOTE : absolutely No Pets! **NOTE: there are steps to the water. About 185 to them. If steps are intimidating (or challenging) this may not be the place for you to rent. Timber Cove is a 2500 sq ft, updated and super clean home. This is our home and not an investment property and it shows. We take pride in the upkeep and care of our home and ask that guests do the same. We are located in a family friendly cove ideal for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding yet only a couple hundred yards from the main part of Big Creek. Here is what you can expect: Level 1 Bedroom 1: king bed with on suite master bath. Kitchen: fully equipped Family room: beautiful view with Starlink just installed! Streaming and internet are now a breeze! Screened porch: large porch with casual seating and tv. Garage/game room: clean 4 car garage with ping pong table, foosball table, dart boards, and extra fridge. Level 2 Bedroom 2: queen bed Bedroom 3: queen bed with bunk bed Bedroom 4: bunk room (2 xtra long bunk beds sleeps 4 adults) Bathroom: double vanity with shower Family room: big screen tv Dock (reminder: If you are opposed to steps, you will not be happy! We've got about 185 of them) - located in the back of a super calm cove with virtually no water movement. Yet right off the main lake in Big Creek. - 28' x 10' covered slip with the ability to tie up another boat off the swimming platform. - two kayaks for guest use. ***Please bring your own life jackets*** - Whitman Hollow is the closest marina (by car). There is also a public boat ramp at Lonas Young Memorial Park. Drop your own boat there and park the trailer at our house. Additional perks - cell phone booster on property. Majority of carriers have great cell service at our house. - we provide bath towels, bed linens and toilet paper. - large mildly sloped driveway for plenty of car, boat or utv parking The Big Creek area of Norris Lake is perfectly situated near several easy to get to marina's including: Whitman Hollow, Sequoyah, Mountain Lake and Twin Cove. The views in Big Creek are second to none and you're just a few miles from Lafollette for groceries, carryout and any other need you can think of. Note: we ask guests to keep quiet hours between 11pm - 7am so that we are respectful of many neighbors who live on the lake full time.
