Our cool & comfortable villa is set in a peaceful & quiet location, just off the main road in Batu Ferringhi & only 5 minutes walk to sandy Shamrock Beach. It is a good place for business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The villa features 5-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms, living room and dining room with kitchen equipped. It offers free private parking and complimentary WiFi access. The space Ocean 27 is located at a scenic hilltop , with partial seaview from the master bedroom from the villa to the beautiful and shimmering blue sea at Batu Ferringhi, the famous beach area of Penang. Shamrock Beach is 5 minutes walk down the hill. It is a luxury villa for the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays in Penang. This large villa is comfortably furnished, features a villa and is equipped to welcome up to 12-24 people. You will enjoy living in a comfortable space. The living room features with relaxing chairs with soft cover, plasma TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, electric kettle, stove, oven, microwave and fridge. The dining area with the dining table and breakfast table are big enough to serve the family. 5-bathrooms come with toiletries (body & hair shampoo, hand wash, bath & hand towels and toilet paper). Please bring your own tooth brush and toothpaste. Bedroom arrangement:- (Please refer to the pictures in the Album) Ground Floor: *Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed with air-conditioner. Common Bathroom just beside the bedroom. First Floor: *Bedroom 2 - 2 queen bed attached bathroom *Bedroom 3 - 2 double bed, attached bathroom *Bedroom 4 - Common space with 2 queen bed covered with blackout curtains. Second Floor: *Bedroom 5 - 3 double bed, private balcony, attached bathroom *Bedroom 6 - 2 double bed attached bathroom (with bathtub) All bedrooms with air-conditioner and ceiling fans. Guest access Important Guest Information * Price includes up to 16 guests * Maximum capacity: 24 guests Additional Guests * RM30 per person per night for each guest above 16 guests * Please inform us in advance if your group exceeds 16 guests * Children aged 2 years and below stay free of charge * Due to Airbnb system limitations, Airbnb only allows a maximum of 16 guests to be registered in a reservation. For groups exceeding 16 guests, the additional guest charges will be collected separately via bank transfer or other agreed payment method before check-in. * Failure to declare the correct number of guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with our house rules. Security Deposit: -A refundable security deposit of RM300 will be collected before check-in and refunded by 5 PM on the check-out day, subject to no damages, excessive cleaning, late check-out, or violations of house rules.
