The modern, fully equipped Home includes a 65" TV and upgraded sports package. Quantum Fiber High-Speed Internet, new Appliances, and Granite Counters to ensure luxurious inside living, with breathtaking views of the Lanai, Pool and Canal. Please ask about the use of the dock, if you are bringing a boat and use of garage (not always available, please confirm). Airbnb is automatically showing the property in a Golf Category. It is not on or within walking distance of a Golf Course, however, there are many in the area. Guest access Depending on the number of guests, some extra bedrooms / bathroom may be locked. Other things to note There is a $280/per stay fee for pets. Rental rate includes an average usage of electricity of $ 50.00/week. Excess usage will be charged at $0.15/kwh (electric meter is read at check-in and check-out) There is an additional $1,500 Security Deposit, which will be collected upon booking. Excess electric charges, damage or extra cleaning will be deducted if need be. The remainder will be refunded upon cleaning, but no later than 14 days after check-out. POOL RULES: Children must be supervised at all times and may NEVER be near the pool or canal alone. No swimming while intoxicated. No jumping/diving.
