The open kitchen boasts beautiful quartz countertops, brand new appliances, and everything needed to prepare a family meal or vineyard brunch. Snack and sip at the bar top, or dine together at the dining room table with sweeping views. The spacious living room features a cozy couch, oversized armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV with Streaming Services included—perfect for an intimate movie night with loved ones! The home welcomes up to four guests comfortably with two spacious masters with en-suite bathrooms. Each room features a king-sized bed, hotel-quality linens, large closets, and private doors to the spacious deck. Start each morning with a stunning view of the vineyard before you even get out of bed. The deluxe en-suite bathrooms are beautifully designed with tiled showers and ample counter space. We also provide hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner and local crafted soap bars in each bathroom. In addition, we happily offer luxurious towels and many other bathroom essentials for each guest. After a day of exploring, pour yourself a glass of Bryn Mawr’s award-winning pinot noir and step out onto the full deck with breathtaking views of the Eola-Amity Hills. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy that ideal Oregon evening with your favorite bottle or the best place to sip your morning coffee and take in the natural beauty of the Willamette Valley. The guest house sits perched on a ridge of the vineyard with easy walking access to the Bryn Mawr Vineyard Tasting Room. The welcoming and knowledgeable staff are happy to guide you through a tasting of the property’s current harvest. Traveling with a four-legged companion? The guest house and property are dog friendly. We do ask guests to keep their pups on leash any time they are out, and of course, practice responsible pet ownership by cleaning up after. You might even see some other four-legged friends during your visit. Bryn Mawr’s serene setting means the neighborhood deer occasionally enjoy a stroll through vineyards. The area is also known to host coyotes, so it’s always recommended that pets do not wander outside alone at night. Coming on a Friday night? Bryn Mawr Vineyards is now offering an amazing 6-course wine pairing dinner series called Peak Harvest! Inspired by a seasonal wine flight, James Beard Nominee Chef Jonathan Jones will unleash his creative genius through a tasting menu that celebrates the best of the valley's bounty. Hyper-local Ingredients will be harvested at their 'peak,' evolving monthly with the seasons and paired alongside Bryn Mawr's best wines. This will be taking place every Friday evening at 6 PM in the tasting room, from now through August. Other things to note • Agreement to House Rules Required The primary guest must read and agree to the property's Terms & Conditions listed under “Things to Note - House Rules - Additional Rules” prior to booking. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for all guests and help us care for the home and neighborhood. Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms. • Guest Count & Additional Fees We kindly count every heartbeat in the home as a guest—this includes infants and children of all ages. Our home is carefully maintained for comfort, safety, and appropriate occupancy. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests at the time of booking. A fee of $50 plus taxes and fees per additional guest per night will apply for any guests beyond the number originally booked. While Airbnb may not automatically include infants in guest counts, our house rules do require them to be included. • Mid-Stay Cleaning For reservations of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the cost of $250.00 plus taxes and fees. An additional cleaning will be scheduled for every 10 nights thereafter. Guests are responsible for these cleanings, which are due 30 days prior to arrival and billed after booking confirmation. This ensures the home stays fresh and well cared for throughout your stay. • Dog-Friendly (Dogs Only) We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable fee of $100 plus taxes and fees per dog. Any dog added after the booking is confirmed will be managed through the resolutions center.. We kindly ask that pets remain off furniture and are not left unattended unless crated. • Other Pets: Dogs are the only pets permitted unless otherwise approved. If you would like to bring a cat, you must receive prior approval from both the homeowner and property manager. If approved, a $300 non-refundable fee plus taxes and fees will apply. • Pinot Car Wine Tours & Dinner Shuttle As part of your stay, we invite you to explore the Willamette Valley in comfort with Pinot Car Wine Tours, our sister company.
