Incredible single family home in Potrero Hill San Francisco with massive roof deck, 7 person roof hot tub, big backyard, pizza oven, big gym with all the equipment you could use, 22ft slide and numerous fireplaces incl a large outdoor one. The space The home has numerous bedrooms and offices (with two electric standing desks + big screen monitors on those desks). There are two laundry rooms in the house. Roofdeck: Hot tub, lots of outdoor furniture, big views. Top floor: Master bedroom (king size memory foam bed) + two kids rooms (kids room share a bathroom, it has double sinks though). Office is separated and has a leather pull-out sofa in it (very comfortable for sleeping, queen sized, not a cheap pull out) Main floor: includes outdoor kitchen with lots of outdoor furniture, large chefs kitchen + 75" Frame TV, and a media room with a big screen and a $10k massage chair in it. Basement: another kitchen that is for guests or others (though we never use it), another large bedroom (king bed) + it's own bathroom/shower. Garage can hold two cars though we usually just park on the street it is quite safe.
