The apartment has one bathroom with a walk-in shower and one guest toilet. There is no entitlement to a second parking space. The property offers the following (for a fee): - Bicycle rental for the whole family - Charging station for electric vehicles Furthermore, you will find a restaurant, shops, and the accommodation office on the ground floor of the holiday home. The holiday apartment is not suitable for groups of guests under 25 years of age or for events/parties. We expressly point out that, for the benefit of all guests, we value a quiet environment and mutual consideration. Please remember to order linens - a baby bed/high chair - if required when booking (for a fee). You can also bring these items with you. Don't forget to register your dog, including its size (up to 39cm or 40cm or more). The holiday apartments are fully furnished, and the kitchens are equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. Daily necessities are not provided.
