A holiday home where all rooms have attached bathrooms, personal refrigerators and intercoms, it ensures that you have a comfortable stay. The villa is nestled at an elevation of 7000 ft. and is close to the hot springs of Vashisht and the Jogni waterfall, which are interesting to make a visit to while you stay here. The space At nominal charges, bonfires and barbecues can be arranged. It truly is an idyllic place to spend a few days away from city life at. The property offers unparallel service and experience. We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch, washing machine  - Geysers, towels, toiletries, hair-dryer - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 2-3 cars. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms - both on the first floor.  - Both bedrooms have a double bed, heater, TV, refrigerator and an intercom.  - Extra mattresses can be provided on request. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms. Please note that there are a total of 6 bedrooms, and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 2 bedrooms.    BATHROOMS - The villa has 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.  - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided. COMMON AREAS  - The living area is spacious and can accommodate about 20 people. - There is a balcony attached to the living area. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view with a cup of hot coffee. - The indoor fireplace is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per session.  - The villa has a private lawn with a beautiful view. - A barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost.   KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen.  FOOD - Items are subject to availability. Prices stated on the menu are approximate pricing of the items which can vary at the property. - Prices are subject to change without any prior intimation. - Everything is freshly prepared, we request guests to place their orders at least 3 hours in advance. - For all vegetarian and non-vegetarian Thali orders a minimum order of 12 people is required. Guest access Guests have access to their rooms and common areas. The kitchen is not accessible. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.  ADD-ON SERVICES - The indoor fireplace can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per session.  - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per two-hour session. - A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in. The same can be used as credit for food bills and additional experiences at the property. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost. - Extra guests/mattresses will be charged for Rs. 2000 per person/night. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS  While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that there are a total of 6 bedrooms, and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 2 bedrooms and the common areas. - There are approximately 50 steps leading up to the villa.  - Incase of a power outage, the generator can be used for a duration of 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening per day, at an additional cost of Rs. 400 per hour. - There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa and in the dining area. - Meals, if taken, will be served at appropriate meal timings. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
