This condo is a bright beachy theme that is perfect for a fun sunny and relaxing vacation. Freshly painted and remodeled March 2024. New kitchen island and new cabinets with stainless steel appliances. Super easy access to the beautiful white sandy beach. Inground pool right outside this condo and easy free parking. Your own storage unit with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach buggy. Beach towels also provided. The two bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo which gives a lot of privacy for both bedrooms. Each bedroom has their own connecting bathroom. Bathrooms where remodeled March 2024 Guest have access to Beach, pool and tennis courts. I am available if needed by message or phone. I give my guest their space. There is a public trolley that runs up and down the island from Time Square to Lovers Key. Many pickup and drop off locations. Pool hours are dusk to dawn.
