Get away from it all and spend some time in the Colorado mountains! This charming cabin is newly built (built in 2021)! It is professionally designed & newly furnished with Colorado, rustic elements while maintaining a charming modern flair. Upon arrival you will see this home is surrounded by pine trees and wildlife in the heart of downtown Woodland Park! Our cabin offers everything you'll need to relax inside or get out and play! Total interior square footage 650, patio square footage 250. The space The living room features a comfortable sofa, and a smart flat-panel TV. The kitchen, fully functional and ready for your culinary creations - Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, Keurig, large and small appliances, crock pot, toaster, blender, and kids plates. Down the hallway is a full bathroom with a shower, single vanity, towels, hair dryer, and washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed (Lull brand memory foam mattress), double closets, a smart TV, and access to the back porch which has two rocking chairs. The bunk room has two beds (**these beds are firm and intended for children 12 and under**), children’s books, a closet, reading nook, and a fun, whimsical hygge! We supply an abundance of board games, card games, pillows and blankets, pack-and-play, and covered patio seating! There is one fireplace on the property located on the front porch. It is a beautiful stone fireplace, that runs on gas. An instruction manual is available for guests interested in using the outdoor fireplace during their stay. Location: The lodge is located in Woodland Park - An hour to the ski slopes, 15 mins. to Manitou Springs, 30 mins. to Colorado Springs. The lodge is walking distance to everything downtown Woodland Park has to offer (coffee shops, shopping, restaurants , breweries, and more). This is perfect place to get-away while still being close to everything! Area attractions include Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Seven Falls, Pikes Peak, Santa’s Workshop, Cripple Creek Casinos, Manitou Penny Arcade, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Olympic Training Center, Manitou Incline, Breweries, Wines of Colorado, and more! Guest access You’ll have access to the whole house. Guests are not allowed access to the garage. Other things to note - No pets allowed - No tobacco products allowed, including no smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed on the property, inside or out. - No parties or events - Must be 25 years or old to rent - Stays of 30+ days include monthly cleanings, if desired. - Stays of 7+ days include paper goods and cleaning supplies for 7 days. Guests are expected to provide their own toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry / dishwasher pods for the remainder of their stay. -We have outdoor Ring cameras installed at all entry points (front door/porch and front walkway, back door, & crawl space) for security purposes. The city of Woodland Park recommends all short term rentals have exterior cameras per “good neighbor policies.” -Garbage is located in a blue dumpster on the North side of the house. - Use of the outdoor gas fireplace is allowed. To avoid a $1,000 county fine, guests MUST check to see if there is a Teller County fire ban before using the outdoor fireplace. - While we take every measure to ensure guest safety, use of the bunk room ladder is at your own risk - owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. - Check-in after 4pm MST; Check-out by 10am MST. Our property is equipped with a keyless entry door lock for your convenience. Each guest’s unique access code will be accessible beginning at 4pm on their arrival date and will be disabled at 10am on their check out date. Additional services: - Late Checkout Service: $25/hr up to 12pm - Max of 4 people allowed. Anymore than four people in the home will result in a $100 per person per night fine.
