We also updated each bedroom with new bedding, pillows & blackout drapes. Black Bear Lodge is located just a short walk to the Peach Tree and West Wall lifts. Ski-in/walk-out access! There is a common lounge/lobby area, covered & heated parking (2 parking spots included), ski lockers and an outdoor hot tub & grill. Our condo features a Queen in the Master bedroom, Queen in the Guest bedroom, as well as, a sofa bed in the Living Room. Our Den/Office is redecorated with a comfy loveseat, TV and desk - Rest & relax, read, watch TV, listen to music or work in this lux setup. PLEASE NOTE, our home is designed for adults or a small family with older children. We are not currently set up with infant or small children accommodations/amenities. You also have access to the community hot tub & grill located outside on the main lobby level. The building and our unit are both keyless entry. You will have access to the building & garage using a community access code. And you will have access to the condo using a unique pin. Both will be shared with you prior to your arrival. The garage is covered & heated. You will have access to 2 parking spots. One is assigned to our unit, the other is a floating spot that is first come, first served. The parking passes are located on the hooks in our condo entrance. Garage height is 7'10". Please inquire directly before booking if you have any questions.
